IRVING, Texas – The 2018 Conference USA Basketball Tipoff event is set for Monday, Oct. 22, at The Star in Frisco, Texas.  The league’s head coaches from the men’s and women’s programs at all 14 schools will be on hand to preview the upcoming season.
