MSOC: Kentucky Wins 2018 C-USA Championship

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – No. 1 Kentucky seed took down No. 3 seed Charlotte 1-0 in the 2018 Air Force Reserve Conference USA Men’s Soccer Championship to take home their first ever C-USA championship title and secure an automatic bid to the NCAA Championship.

The game was tied 0-0 at the half. Championship Offensive MVP JJ Williams scored the game-winning goal in the 46th minute for the Wildcats. Charlotte’s Elliot Panicco and Kentucky’s Enrique Facusse made three saves apiece.
 
The Wildcats will learn their NCAA Men’s Soccer Championship opponent during the selection show on Monday, Nov. 12 at 1 p.m. ET on NCAA.com.
