On the brink of his 14th year at SMU, head coach Carl Neufeld posses a consistently successful track record - a feat most programs fight to obtain and then maintain. Last season, Neufeld guided the Mustangs to their 10th consecutive NCAA appearance. SMU has been a mainstay in the national rankings and for the past two years has sent players to the ITA National Indoor Championship in the fall.

As soon as the 2006 spring campaign ended, Bobby Cashman was excited. UCF's veteran head coach was not looking back to the previous season, instead he was looking ahead.
