Keisha Dunlap currently serves as Deputy Commissioner at Conference USA. She joined the staff in 2004 as Assistant Director of Championships and worked her way up to Director of Sports Services in 2006, Assistant Commissioner for Sports Services in 2008, Associate Commissioner in 2013, Senior Associate Commissioner in 2016, Chief Operating Officer in 2017 and Deputy Commissioner in March 2022. Dunlap's primary responsibilities include overseeing the operations of the league office, while also assisting with each governance group within the conference.
 
Dunlap has served on numerous NCAA committees.  She was recently appointed to the NCAA Nominating Committee. Her four-year term begins September 2024. She was a member of the NCAA Olympic Sports Liaison Committee, NCAA Division I Softball Committee (elected chair in her final year) and in 2017 was appointed to the NCAA Division I Competition Oversight Committee.  Dunlap also served nine years on the board of Collegiate Event and Facility Management Association (CEFMA).  During the 2021-22 academic year she was the association’s President. 
 
Before Conference USA, Dunlap spent over two years as the Director of Compliance at the University of Arkansas where she performed numerous compliance duties including participation reports, compliance reviews, National Letters of Intent and SEC Special Assistance Fund. While at Arkansas, she was also responsible for many event management functions, including Lady Razorback Orientation, various SEC Championships and NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships.
 
Prior to her arrival in Fayetteville, Dunlap served as a Compliance Assistant at Loyola College (MD) for one year and spent one season as Graduate Assistant Track and Field Coach at her alma mater, Eastern Illinois University.
 
A native of Champaign, Illinois, Dunlap, a track and field student-athlete, earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from Eastern Illinois University and a master's degree in Physical Education/Sports Administration from EIU. She is currently a member of CEFMA, Women Leaders in Sports and Black Sports Professionals North Texas.  She currently resides in Grand Prairie, Texas with her goldendoodle Kodak.
