BOCA RATON, Fla. – Fourth-seed Louisiana Tech scored two thrilling goals in the second half within two minutes of each other to continue its run to the C-USA Championship game in a 2-1 victory over No. 5 seed Old Dominion.

Old Dominion got the scoring going early as Iris Achterhof scored its lone goal in the 43^rd minute, assisted by Emma Gervase.
 
The Lady Techsters answered back in the second half with an unassisted goal from Nomvula Kgoale at the 60-minute mark. Then, Jenna Dages scored the game-winner in minute 62 to seal Louisiana Tech’s victory in the second game of the tournament.
 
Louisiana Tech will face Charlotte in the quarterfinals on Friday, Nov. 3 at 11 a.m. EST, airing on CUSA TV.
