DALLAS – Conference USA placed 23 student-athletes on the 2022 College Sports Communicators’ Academic All-District Women’s Soccer Teams, announced by the organization Tuesday. To be nominated, a student-athlete must be a starter or key reserve with at least a 3.50 GPA.
FIU, North Texas and UTSA led all C-USA institutions with four honorees each, followed by Charlotte, Florida Atlantic and LA Tech with three apiece. Rice rounded out the list with a pair of academic all-district nods.
Among the selections were 12 of the league’s all-academic team members, including first-team honorees
