Conference USA Announces Women’s Basketball Schedule

2022-23 Women's Basketball Conference Schedule

DALLAS – The 2022-2023 women’s basketball conference schedule has been announced by the Conference USA league office.
 
Conference play tips off Tuesday, Dec. 13 as FIU will take on Florida Atlantic in Boca Raton, Florida. Each school will host 10 home games and 10 away games and will face off with all conference opponents twice.
 
With 11 member institutions in the 2022-23 campaign, the league schedule will total out to 20 games with no East or West divisions. The conference slate will run through Saturday, March 4.
 
C-USA was represented by five postseason teams last season with Charlotte leading the way earning its first trip to the NCAA Tournament in 12 years after claiming the C-USA Tournament title.
 
Charlotte and Louisiana Tech meet in a rematch of last season’s conference tournament championship game on Dec. 31 in Ruston, La., and on Feb. 18 in Charlotte, N.C.
 
The 2023 Conference USA Championships returns to the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas on March 8-11.
 
All eleven teams qualify for the single-elimination tournament with the top five teams as seeded by regular season standings receiving a bye. The winner will gain the league’s automatic bid to the NCAA Championship.
