HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – No. 2 Liberty (17-15) defeated No. 7 WKU (15-17) 62-59 in the quarterfinal round of the 2024 CUSA Basketball Championships on Wednesday afternoon at Propst Arena at the Von Braun Center.

Asia Boone was clutch down the stretch for the Lady Flames and finished with a team-high 17 points going 6-of-12 from the field and grabbing five boards.
Jordan Bailey also dropped 17 points in the win while going 5-of-6 from downtown.
Liberty will take on the winner of the No. 3 FIU vs. No. 6 NM State matchup on Friday at 8 p.m. CT in the semifinals.
