Prencis Harden and LA Tech’s
Paris Bradley earned Conference USA Women’s Basketball weekly honors. The 2024-25 Players of the Week are voted on by the league’s sports information directors.
CUSA Player of the Week –Prencis Harden – Sr. – F – Swainsboro, Ga.
Harden dropped a career-best 34 points and 15 rebounds on Monday against Mercer. She also set a career-high in blocks with four, while shooting 54.2 percent for the field and a perfect 8-8 from the charity stripe. On Saturday against Jax State, Harden recorded her second consecutive double-double with 12 points and 13 rebounds, along with three steals, two assists and one block. For the week, she averaged 23.0 points and 14.0 rebounds, shooting 50 percent from the floor (17-34).
CUSA Freshman of the Week – Pairs Bradley– G – Carrollton, Texas
Bradley earns CUSA Freshman of the Week honors for the second consecutive week after averaging 9.0 points, 5.3 assists and 3.0 rebounds per game, guiding LA Tech to a 3-0 week. On Monday against LSU-Alexandria, she recorded eight points, three rebounds, five assists and five steals. Bradley tallied five assists in the second half alone against UTEP on Thursday to help LA Tech come back from a halftime deficit. In the Lady Techsters 67-58 win over NM State on Saturday, the freshman guard posted 12 points, three rebounds and four assists, while shooting 62.5 percent from the field.
