Weekday CUSA continues with a four-game slate on Tuesday and Wednesday, including a faceoff of fowl mascots as the Delaware Fightin’ Blue Hens and Jacksonville State Gamecocks square off on ESPN at 6 p.m. CT Wednesday.

Facing off for the ninth time in eight years, the Aggies and Flames take their next matchup to the national stage for Weekday CUSA action. Liberty is coming off its finest defensive performance of the year after shutting out UTEP for three quarters and enters the matchup ranked 24
th in 20+yard passes allowed – something that NM State has specialized in with the 18
th most 20+ yard passes in FBS. For the Aggies, they will strive to win the turnover battle to come away with their first win in Lynchburg since 2022. NM State ranks 27
th in turnovers gained, while the Flames rank 97
th in turnovers lost.

Wednesday marks the third and final meeting between the Miners and Bearkats as CUSA foes. The schools have split the two contests, including UTEP providing one of the many thrilling outcomes in Weekday CUSA history after a last-second field goal sealed a 37-34 comeback victory in 2023. The Miners’ defensive front remains dominant as they rank in the top 25 in sacks and tackles for loss, while Sam Houston ranks in the bottom five in both categories. On the other side, Hunter Watson has completed 64 percent of his passes (34-53) for 358 yards, four touchdowns and just one interception in his last two outings.
