FB: CUSA Announces 2025 Preseason Watch List

DALLAS – Conference USA released the 2025 preseason watch list, as selected by the league’s 12 head coaches on Friday. Five student-athletes from each of the conference’s 12 member institutions are recognized as key players to watch ahead of the 2025 season.

The list is highlighted by Liberty offensive lineman Aaron Fenimore, who earned Freshman All-America recognition from The Athletic and First-Team All-CUSA honors after starting all 12 games at center for the Flames in his rookie season.

Joining Fenimore from last year’s all-league teams are FIU kick return specialist C’Quan Jnopierre, Kennesaw State defensive back JeRico Washington Jr., LA Tech linebacker Kolbe Fields, NM State linebacker Tyler Martinez, and WKU offensive lineman Marshall Jackson.

The Conference USA slate opens in a premier Week Zero slot on Saturday, Aug. 23, with WKU hosting Sam Houston at 6 p.m. CT on CBS Sports Network. The league’s 21st Conference USA Football Championship Game is scheduled for Friday, Dec. 5.
