The slate begins with two games kicking off at 6 p.m. CT on Thursday with Jacksonville State at UCF and Delaware making its FBS debut against in-state foe Delaware State. Four games will be highlighted on national television, including Kennesaw State at UCF (ACC Network) UNLV at Sam Houston (CBSSN), Missouri State at USC (BTN) and UTEP at Utah State (CBSSN).
