WBB: Bracket Announced for 2026 Air National Guard CUSA Basketball Championships

DALLAS – LA Tech claimed the CUSA regular season title and earned the No. 1 seed at the 2026 Air National Guard Conference USA Basketball Championships. The Lady Techsters finished with a
24-5 overall record and a 17-1 conference mark. FIU will be the No. 2 seed with a league record of 12-6 and a 19-10 overall mark.
 
The event marks the third season at VBC Propst Arena in Huntsville, Ala., and features 10 teams. Championship week begins with two first-round games on Tuesday, March 10, at 11:30 a.m. CT between No. 8 Delaware (12-18, 6-12 CUSA) and No. 9 Kennesaw State (13-16, 6-12 CUSA). No. 7 Jax State (15-15, 9-9 CUSA) and No. 10 UTEP (13-16, 5-13 CUSA) will follow that contest at 2 p.m. CT.
 
Quarterfinal action will tip off Wednesday, March 11 at 11:30 a.m. CT as the Lady Techsters will take on the winner of No. 8 Delaware and No. 9 Kennesaw State. The Panthers will face off against the winner of No. 7 Jax State and No. 10 UTEP at 2 p.m. CT to wrap up Wednesday’s action.
 
The remaining two quarterfinal games will be played on Thursday, March 12, as No. 4 Sam Houston (18-11, 11-7 CUSA) will face No. 5 Liberty (17-12, 11-7 CUSA) to begin the day at 11:30 a.m. CT. No. 3 MTSU (16-14, 11-7 CUSA) will then match up with No. 6 Missouri State (19-12, 11-7 CUSA) in the last quarterfinal contest.
 
The two semifinal contests are scheduled for 5:30 p.m. CT and 8 p.m. CT on Friday, March 13 with the championship final to tip off at 4:30 p.m. CT on Saturday, March 15.
 
Coverage for the first round through semifinal games will be available on ESPN+ with the Championship Final aired on CBS Sports Network on Saturday, March 14 at 4:30 p.m. CT.
