CSS Broadcasts Subject to Internet Blackout Rules
Due to television rights issues, users whose billing addresses lie within the CSS Networks "footprint" - which covers much of the Southeastern portion of the United States (see below for a full list of markets) - will be unable to view live online video of the three games of the Conference USA Men's Basketball Championship that will be televised solely by CSS (the blackout does not apply to the game shown on both CSS and CSTV). Users will be able to access any live audio coverage that may be offered as part of their subscription and will be able to view an archived version of the video, beginning 48 hours after the conclusion of the game. Users whose billing addresses do not lie within the CSS Networks "footprint" will be unaffected.
Fans who are annual subscribers to the respective All-Access product of a member of Conference USA - as well as annual subscribers to CSTV XXL - will be able to watch all video coverage of the C-USA Men's Basketball Championship free of charge (with the exception of the final, which will be a pay-per-view for all users). All others can watch video coverage of the games on a pay-per-view basis for $9.95 per game. The above internet blackout rules apply to all users.
