Conference USA values the performances of its student-athletes on and off the playing field. The league also places an emphasis on cultivating relationships in CUSA member communities through volunteer service and has implemented several initiatives designed to maintain strong ties within our communities, as well as with fans and alumni across the country. Individually, student-athletes are recognized each season through the Spirit of Service award. The Spirit of Service award honors the league’s student-athletes with significant community service endeavors, good academic standing and participation in their sport.
