Each institution shall submit a report, according to the schedule outlined below, listing any player whose status aligns with one of the defined availability categories. Any player not included on the report will be presumed to be fully available for participation:
1. Out: Will not participate in the upcoming game (0% likelihood of playing).
2. Questionable: Participation is uncertain (~50% likelihood of playing).
Note: Only student-athletes who are expected to contribute should be listed. Redshirts, walk-ons, or those unlikely to participate are exempt unless there is an unexpected change to their status.
For non-conference and postseason contests, availability reports will not be made publicly available if the opposing institution does not submit a corresponding
report.
