Conference USA proudly announces its 2026 Hall of Fame class, recognizing five individuals whose contributions have left a lasting impact on the legacy of the league. 
The 2026 class features four accomplished student-athletes and one beloved coach representing four institutions and four different sports.

Jon Elmore, Marshall, Men’s Basketball (2015-19)

  • Three-time First Team All-Conference USA (2017–19) and three-time All-Academic Team selection. 
  • Led Marshall to the 2018 Conference USA Tournament Championship, earning Tournament MVP honors, and guided the Thundering Herd to its first NCAA Tournament victory with 27 points in an upset of Wichita State. 
  • Finished his career as Conference USA's all-time leader in points (2,636) and assists (783), leading the league in scoring three seasons and assists two seasons. 
  • Became the first player in NCAA Division I history to record 2,500+ career points and 750+ career assists.
  • Set Marshall's all-time scoring record during his career and won the 2019 CIT Championship. 
  • Has continued his professional career overseas and in the NBA G League, winning the 2025 G League Championship with the Stockton Kings.

Rachel Folden, Marshall, Softball (2006-08)

  • Four-time NFCA All-American, including three All-America honors at Marshall, and Marshall Athletics Hall of Fame inductee (2019). 
  • Three-time First Team All-Conference USA, two-time Conference USA Player of the Year, and two-time Conference USA All-Academic Team selection. 
  • Captured the Conference USA Triple Crown in 2007, hitting .386 with 18 home runs and 56 RBIs to earn Conference USA Player of the Year and All-America honors. 
  • Selected seventh overall in the 2008 National Pro Fastpitch Draft by the Chicago Bandits, earning 2008 NPF Rookie of the Year and winning two league championships (2008, 2011). 
  • Became the first female coach in MLB Chicago Cubs history in 2019, holding several roles as hitting coach within the organization until joining the Double-A Binghamton (Mets) as Hitting Coach in 2025.

Devin Singletary, Florida Atlantic, Football (2016-18)

  • Rushed for 4,287 yards in just three seasons at FAU, finishing as the program's all-time leading rusher. 
  • 2017 Conference USA Most Valuable Player and two-time First Team All-Conference USA selection (2017, 2018). 
  • Earned 2017 Sporting News Second Team All-America honors after leading all FBS players with 1,920 rushing yards, 32 rushing touchdowns, 33 total touchdowns, and 198 points scored. 
  • Finished his Conference USA career as the league's all-time leader in rushing touchdowns and sixth all-time in rushing yards. 
  • Ended his collegiate career with the sixth-most rushing touchdowns in FBS history. 
  • Selected in the third round of the 2019 NFL Draft by the Buffalo Bills and has also played for the Houston Texans. Currently a member of the New York Giants with 4,000+ rushing yards, 1,100+ receiving yards, and 24 career touchdowns in the NFL.

Brent Stockstill, Middle Tennessee, Football (2014-18)

  • One of the most accomplished quarterbacks in Middle Tennessee history, finishing as the program's career leader in passing yards (12,495), touchdown passes (106), completions (1,055), attempts (1,610), passing yards per game (277.7), 300-yard games (19), and 400-yard games (3). 
  • Finished his career ranked among the top 10 in Conference USA history in passing yards, touchdown passes, completions, attempts, completion percentage, and 300-yard passing games. 
  • 2018 Conference USA Most Valuable Player and First Team All-Conference USA selection after leading Middle Tennessee to a division title while throwing for 3,544 yards, 29 touchdowns, and a 70.3% completion percentage. 
  • Conference USA Freshman of the Year and Freshman All-American, setting league and school freshman passing records in his debut season. Named Honorable Mention All-CUSA three times.
  • Three-time Conference USA All-Academic Team selection, 2017 CUSA Football Scholar-Athlete of the Year, AFCA Allstate Good Works Team member, and recipient of multiple academic and community service honors. 
  • Currently entering his third season with the NFL Indianapolis Colts, serving as Offensive Quality Control after two seasons as a defensive assistant, following five years of collegiate coaching.

Joye Lee-McNelis, Memphis/Southern Miss, Women’s Basketball (1995-2022)

  • Accomplished 34 seasons as a Division I head coach, compiling a 568-464 career record with stops at Memphis (1991-2004) and Southern Miss (2004-25).
  • Served as the only active head coach in any sport to lead Conference USA programs continuously from the league's inception in 1995 until 2022.
  • Two-time Conference USA Coach of the Year (2014, 2017), leading her teams to two regular-season championships, two conference tournament titles, four NCAA Tournament appearances, and eight WNIT appearances.
  • Coached two Conference USA Players of the Year, 10 additional conference award winners, 31 All-Conference selections, and 10 All-Freshman Team honorees.
  • A Southern Miss legend as both a 1,000-point scorer and head coach, she was inducted into the Southern Miss M-Club Hall of Fame, Southern Miss Legends Club, and received the 2024 Pat Summitt Most Courageous Award. She was also recently inducted into the Memphis Sports Hall of Fame.
  • Passed away in June 2025 following an eight-year battle with lung cancer, leaving a legacy as a Southern Miss luminary, and one of the game’s greatest coaches.
