Elizabeth Kanzeg joined the league in August 2025 as Strategic Communications Assistant working with cross country, track & field, bowling, women's tennis and men's golf.
Before arriving in Dallas, Kanzeg served as an Athletic Communications Graduate Assistant at Ball State University, where she graduated with her master's in Sport Administration in May 2025. She acted as the primary contact for the Cardinals' nationally ranked men's volleyball team, as well as the cross country and track & field programs. Her responsibilities included managing social media content, writing press releases, inputting statistics, designing graphics and handling media relations.
Kanzeg's previous experience includes internships with the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission, where she supported events such as the USA Wrestling U23 Nationals and Pan-American Masters Games. She also spent time as a Communications Intern at Tallahassee Community College and a Social Media Intern with the Kokomo Jackrabbits, serving as in-game DJ and managing social media content.
A native of Sullivan, Ohio, Kanzeg earned her bachelor's degree in Editing, Writing and Media from Florida State University in 2023.
