Erika Amstadt Hirschfield is a creative services consultant for Conference USA, bringing over 30 years of experience in collegiate athletics to the league. Her work includes brand management and strategy, multimedia design and production, website development and content, marketing, video, external initiatives, media/championship events and operations, championships branding and signage, and other special projects.
Amstadt Hirschfield has been with Conference USA since its inception in 1995, serving as the Director of Communications/Creative Services. Prior to that, she held various positions in communications at the Great Midwest Conference. She began her career as a Graduate Assistant in the sports information office at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
She holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism and a master's degree in Sports Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Erika and her husband Dale have a daughter, Madeline (Alabama ‘19), and a son, Alex (Dayton ‘23).
