Sarah Rudolph joined Conference USA in March 2018 as the Assistant Director of Multimedia. She was elevated to Director of Marketing & Multimedia in 2021 before being promoted to Assistant Commissioner in 2023. Rudolph is liaison with the Marketing Directors at each of CUSA's member institutions and assists with the implementation of marketing and co-branding initiatives on each campus, as well as assisting in sponsor contract fulfillment. She also oversees the conference's digital content department and is the host of Conference USA's official podcast, CUSA Insider. Additionally, Rudolph serves as the conference sport administrator for women's bowling.
Rudolph graduated from Indiana University with her M.S. in athletic administration and sport management in 2016. Prior to attending IU for graduate school, Sarah spent four years pursuing her undergraduate degree at the University of Alabama, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her B.A. in Communication (Public Relations) in 2015.
After graduating from IU, Rudolph moved to Texas where she began her professional career working for the Northern Texas PGA, one of the 41 sections of the PGA of America, as the Coordinator of Communications & Marketing. She previously interned for the Northern Texas PGA in the summer of 2015.
Rudolph is a native of Memphis, Tenn. and currently resides in Grand Prairie, Texas with her husband Will and children Rey (4) and Vernon (2).
