Gibson joined Conference USA in August 2025 as Administrative Assistant and was elevated to Operations Coordinator in July 2026. She serves as the conference's liaison for office management while supporting business office operations, sports services, event management and executive administration. Her responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day office operations, preparing meeting materials, managing schedules and logistics, supporting conference events and special projects, and assisting the executive team with administrative initiatives.
Gibson arrives at CUSA with previous stops at the Dallas Sports Commission, as an events intern, and the University of Texas football program, as a senior athletic recruiting operations assistant. A native of Dallas, Texas, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from the University of Texas at Austin (2022) and a Master of Business Administration (2023) from the University of North Texas.
