? Emily Zimmerman (formerly Costello) joined Conference USA in August of 2022 as the Associate Director for Sports Services and the sport administrator for cross country, track and field, women’s tennis and beach volleyball. Zimmerman comes to the league office following her time at the Atlantic 10 Conference as the Don DiJulia Fellow.
Zimmerman earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Stony Brook University in 2018 and a
Master’s degree in Business Administration in 2019. During her time at Stony Brook, Zimmerman was a
student-athlete on the Stony Brook volleyball team and spent time as a ticketing, marketing, and facilities intern.
After graduating from Stony Brook University, Zimmerman began working for Towson University in the marketing department as the Fan Development Assistant.
Zimmerman is a native of Rochester, NY and currently resides in Lewisville, Texas with her husband Mason.
