Anna Evans joined Conference USA in Ap
ril 2024 as the Assistant Director of Business Affairs and Events.
Prior to coming to CUSA, Evans served as the assistant director of administration and special events for the Western Athletic Conference. Evans' main day-to-day functions include supporting the conference's business and administrative affairs, overseeing in-person meeting logistics and hospitality events and serving as the WAC's office manager.
Evans joined the WAC after spending two years as an administrative associate in the athletic department at the University of Texas at Tyler from 2021-23. She was the primary administration contact for baseball, volleyball, track & field, cross country, men's and women's golf, sports field maintenance, performance, facilities, and sports information.
She previously served as the associate director of business operations-athletics at Louisiana Tech University, where she provided administrative support for soccer, track & field, cross country, media relations, sports medicine, men's basketball, tennis, and golf.
Evans graduated from Louisiana Tech in March of 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She received a Master of Arts degree in English from Louisiana Tech in November of 2020.
