DALLAS – The 2023 Conference USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships are set for Thursday, May 11 through Sunday, May 14, hosted by North Texas at the University of North Texas Track and Field Stadium in Denton, Texas. The running events will be live streamed on CUSA.tv for free on Saturday and Sunday. The action begins Thursday at 2:45 p.m. CT with the heptathlon. The decathlon is scheduled to follow at 3:15 p.m. Friday will begin with the first field event of the meet, men’s hammer throw at 2 p.m. CT. Multi-events continue Friday and the first running event, the women’s 10,000 meter, commences at 8 p.m. 
 
Field events resume Saturday with the men’s discus at 1 p.m. CT. Running prelims kick off with the women’s 1500-meter race at 5:30 p.m. The day concludes with the men’s and women’s meter steeplechase, with the women starting at 9 p.m. 
 
Action concludes Sunday with the remainder of the field events and running finals. The women’s shot-put starts at 1 p.m. and the men’s 4x400 relay wraps up the meet at 9 p.m. An awards ceremony will follow at the conclusion of the meet. 
 
In 2022, Charlotte captured both the women’s and men’s outdoor titles. Charlotte looks to again sweep both league meets after winning the respective C-USA indoor titles in February in Birmingham.
