YOUNGSVILLE, LA. –The Conference USA Beach Volleyball Championship concluded today with No. 1 seed TCU capturing its first CUSA Beach Volleyball championship crown. The AVCA No. 6-ranked Horned Frogs defeated No. 5 seed Tulane 3-0 to earn the title. TCU also receives the league’s automatic bid to the NCAA Championship.
Olivia Clines and Anete Namike of TCU were named the CUSA Pair of the Championship. The Court 5 duo earned the second team point against the Green Wave, and posted the clinching team point in Match 13 against Florida Atlantic. Joining them on the All-Tournament Pairs team were teammates Hailey Hamlett and Anhelina Khmil (Court 1) and Sutton MacTavash and Ana Vergara (Court 2).
