DALLAS – Conference USA announced its beach volleyball all-conference and superlative awards today. No. 5 TCU earned two superlative awards in a vote of the league’s nine head coaches. The Horned Frogs top pair Hailey Hamlett and Anhelina Khmil were named Pair of the Year, while Olivia Clines earned Freshman of the Year honors. Tulane head coach Eyal Zimet was tabbed the Coach of the Year.
 
Hamlett and Khmil posted a 22-3 record on Court 1 this season for TCU, including a 3-0 record at the CUSA Championship. The duo earned All-Tournament honors as the Frogs captured the CUSA title. The duo has been instrumental in TCU’s AVCA Top 10 ranking all season, including five straight weeks in the top five. The pair also earned CUSA Pair of the Week honors twice, and AVCA National Pair of the Week (March 25). Hamlett and Khmil are the reigning AVCA Fall Collegiate Beach Pairs National Champion.
 
Clines compiled a 15-8 mark in her debut season with the Horned Frogs, primarily playing on Court 5. She went a perfect 4-0 at the CUSA Championship and earned Pair of the Tournament honors. Clines also earned seven ranked wins in 2024, and concluded the season going 8-2 over the final 10 matches.
  
In his fifth year as head coach with the Green Wave, Zimet guided fifth-seed Tulane to a runner-up finish at the 2024 CUSA Championship as they defeated UAB, Missouri State, No. 14 FIU, and No. 19 FAU en route to the title match. Tulane made its first appearance in the championship match in its second year in the league. The Green Wave finished the season with a program-record 26 wins including three victories over ranked opponents and hovered outside the AVCA rankings (ARV). This is Zimet’s fourth consecutive season with 20-plus wins.
