DALLAS – Conference USA Deputy Commissioner Keisha Dunlap has been appointed to the NCAA Division I Nominating Committee.
Dunlap is one of 12 members on the committee and will serve as one of four FBS representatives. Her four-year term will commence on Sept. 1, 2024, and run through Aug. 31, 2028.
The committee shall recommend representatives for all Division I committees (e.g., sport committees), other than Division I Council standing committees, and recommend representatives to fill Division I vacancies on Association-wide committees.
“This appointment is an incredible honor and responsibility,” Dunlap said. “It’s exciting to be entrusted with recommending leaders who will help shape the future of collegiate athletics. I look forward to working with this group and prioritizing diversity, excellence and innovation in our counsel.”
Dunlap has previously served on numerous NCAA committees, including the Olympic Sports Liaison Committee, Division I Competition Oversight Committee and Division I Softball Committee, serving as the chair in her final year.
