DALLAS – Conference USA placed four student-athletes on the 2024-25 College Sports Communicators’ Academic All-America Women’s At Large Team, announced by the organization on Tuesday.
Youngstown State placed the most members on the Academic All-America team with two while Jax State and Florida Atlantic each had one.
Florida Atlantic’s
Marketa Svozilova (beach volleyball) and Youngstown State’s
Madyson Marx (bowling) were named to the second team. Bowling standouts
Anna Warkel of Jax State and
Kirsten Moore of Youngstown State earned third team recognition.
All four student-athletes earned CSC Academic All-America honors for the first time in their careers.
