What path did you take professionally after college?
After college, I pursued a career in technology consulting as a data analyst. My undergraduate degree in Business Data Analytics, along with a minor in Computer Science, gave me a strong technical and analytical foundation. In my role, I work with data analysis to help clients improve their processes, make better business decisions, and deliver projects more efficiently.

What do you enjoy most about your current role or profession?
What I enjoy most about my role is that I get to work with different teams and support clients by building Power Platform solutions that help streamline their processes and make their work more efficient. Because technology is always evolving, I am constantly learning new tools and skills, which helps me grow and become more efficient in my job. I’m also grateful for the company’s culture, everyone is supportive, collaborative, and always willing to help each other grow. Being surrounded by such driven people makes the experience even more rewarding.

What’s your favorite memory from college athletics?
My favorite memories from college athletics are definitely team travel and home matches. Traveling with the team created some of my best friendships and memories, but home matches were always special because we had so much support from friends, family, and the school community. Playing at home with that energy was an incredible experience.

Any new hobbies since college?
Since college, I started running and ran my first half marathon in December. It has been a great way to challenge myself, stay active, and set new goals outside of work. I also really enjoy walking around the city and trying new food spots. There is so much to explore in New York City, and you can find food from all over the world, which makes it really fun to try new places.

What advice would you share with current student-athletes?
There is time for everything, but you have to manage it well. While you are a college athlete, focus on becoming the best athlete and teammate you can be, because that is a unique experience you will not get again—especially in a sport like tennis. At the same time, be disciplined in your academics and look for internships and experiences that will help you after graduation. Be intentional about your future. If you want to pursue your sport after college, start putting in extra work now. If you want to pursue your major and a professional career, start building experience now.

How have your career goals evolved from college to now?
In college, I knew I wanted to work in business and technology, but I was not exactly sure what that would look like. Through internships and work experience, I realized I enjoyed working with data, managing projects, solving problems, and working with clients. That led me into technology consulting and data analytics. Now, my goals are to continue growing in consulting, develop more technical and leadership skills, and eventually move into more strategic roles.

What impact did being a college athlete have on your professional life?
Being a college athlete had a big impact on my professional life. It taught me discipline, time management, accountability, and how to perform under pressure. Balancing academics, athletics, travel, and personal life forced me to become very organized and efficient with my time, and those skills translate directly into my professional environment today.
