Burris and her Blue Raiders navigated through a snow-shortened River Landing Classic to claim the team’s first title since 2016. Middle Tennessee bested 14 other programs, two of which were in the nation’s top-40, and Burris led her squad in the individual standings with a tie for second place. She carded a 1-under 71 as one of just three golfers under par among the field of 89. Burris also led the event with six birdies and came in second in Par-3 scoring.
