TEXARKANA, Arkansas - The 2023 Conference USA Championships teed off on Monday morning at Texarkana Country Club in Texarkana, Arkansas. UAB wrapped up day one of the championship with a one stroke lead at +4, while Louisiana Tech senior Lake Juban enters day two with the individual lead after firing a 69 to finish -3.

Monday was day one of three in which teams will compete in stroke play, before the top-four finish the championship on Thursday with match play.

Including Juban, three players shot under par during the first round, as North Texas junior Vicente Marzilio and Middle Tennessee redshirt junior Gavin Clements each finished -1 by shooting 71s on a mostly sunny day in Texarkana.

The 50-player, 10-team field is set to tee off Tuesday morning beginning at 8 a.m. CT, and fans can follow along live via GolfStat.
