DALLAS – Kennesaw State’s Jackie Jang and Shaun Cook have earned Golfer of the Week honors this week. Cook will co-share the men’s title with Jacksonville State’s Stanley Campbell.  

CUSA Women’s Golfer of the Week – Jackie Jang, Kennesaw State – So. – Auckland, New Zealand
Jang led the Owls to a second-place finish at the Flyer Invitational with a team-best 10-over par, finishing fifth individually. She started the tournament with 2-over par 73 before finishing round two with a 4-over par 75. She then matched that effort on the final 18 holes by shooting 4-over in round three. Jang finished fourth in the tournament field with 35 pars on the weekend and tied for fourth for average strokes on par 5’s (4.78 – 2-under).
 
CUSA Men’s Co-Golfer of the Week – Shaun Cook, Kennesaw State – Sr. – Norcross, Ga.
Cook earned his second career individual title winning the Scrappy at Cobblestone with rounds of 69-73-69 for a 2-under par total of 211. The senior was the only player in the field to finish under par. Cook tallied 10 birdies and 36 pars across the tournament, including 12 pars and four birdies in Tuesday's final round. He played the Par 5s to a 4.58 scoring average which led the field. 
 
CUSA Men’s Co-Golfer of the Week – Stanley Campbell, Jax State – Jr. – London, England
Campbell claimed the title at Georgia Southern's Bash in the Boro on the second playoff hole with a birdie for his first win as a Gamecock. During the first round, the junior posted a two-under total of 70, then got hot early in the second round with a four-under run over four holes with an eagle on the Par 5, 504-yard ninth en route to a 67. In the final round, Campbell was three-under through the front nine but took a double on the Par 5 11th. He answered with a run of three birdies in four holes to get back to four under, finishing with a 69. Campbell's 15 birdies were the second most in the field.
