DALLAS – Following standout performances over the weekend, Missouri State’s Gabe Roessler and Louisiana Tech right-hander Declan Dahl earned CUSA weekly honors.
 
CUSA Hitter of the Week – Gabe Roessler, Missouri State – Sr. – 2B/LF – Rockton, Ill.
Roessler earns CUSA Hitter of the Week recognition after hitting .526 (10-19) with a home run, two doubles, five runs scored and nine RBI in a 3-1 week for the Bears (24-10, 12-3 CUSA). The senior utility player had three hits in each of the three wins at Delaware, while collecting multiple RBI in each as well. His best effort came in the finale as he went 3-4 with a long ball, a double and four RBI.
 
CUSA Pitcher of the Week – Declan Dahl, LA Tech – Jr. – RHP – Azle, Texas
Dahl claims his second CUSA Pitcher of the Week honor in 2026 after tossing a gem in the Bulldogs’ (21-16, 9-6 CUSA) Friday night series opening win over MTSU. The junior right-hander hurled 7.0 shutout innings, allowing four hits, no earned runs and punching out eight batters. The junior from Azle, Texas, has struck out at least eight for the second straight start and the fourth time this season. He ranks fourth in CUSA with 57 strikeouts.
