HUNTSVILLE, ALA. – The inaugural Conference USA Beach Volleyball Championship concluded today with No. 3 seed Georgia State capturing its first C-USA Beach Volleyball championship crown. The AVCA No. 15-ranked Panthers defeated No. 14 FIU 3-0 to earn the title. Georgia State knocked off top seed Florida Atlantic, 3-2, and FIU, 4-1, during their title run. The Panthers also earned an automatic bid to the NCAA Championship.

Georgia State's Chloee Kleepsies and Becky Tresham were named the C-USA Pair of the Championship, posting a 4-0 record for the championship on Court 5. Joining them on the All-Tournament Pairs team were teammates Angel Ferary and Bella Ferary (Court 4) and Kayla Whetstone and Yasmin Kuck (Court 3).
