FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. – The Conference USA Beach Volleyball Championship completed day two today in the six-team, double elimination bracket. No. 2 seed and 15th-ranked Florida Atlantic advanced to the championship match with a 5-0 win over No. 4 seed UAB. In the contender's bracket, No. 1 seed FIU and No. 3 seed Tulane advanced with 5-0 victories. After two lightning delays, the 12th-ranked Panthers eliminated the 18th-ranked Green Wave, 3-0. Day Three matches begin at 9 a.m. ET on Saturday, April 29, with and FIU-UAB rematch in the contender's bracket. The winner will meet Florida Atlantic at 10:30 am ET.
