2024 United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division I All-Region Teams

KANSAS CITY – Conference USA placed seven student-athletes on the 2024 United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division I All-South Region Teams, announced by the organization Tuesday. Liberty landed four on the list, while Kennesaw State, MTSU and WKU each had one honoree.

The Lady Flames are represented on the first team by CUSA First Team All-Conference members Sallie Garner, Ivy Garner and Halle Engle. Liberty defender Kayla Magee earned a spot on the Second Team All-South Region Team.

Sallie Garner and Kayla Magee held down the strong back line for the Lady Flames both starting in all 21 matches, while helping guide Liberty to the lowest goals against average in the league (0.62). Engle and Ivy Garner were the squad’s leading goal scorers with 12 and nine, respectively. Engle finished the 2024 campaign with a team-leading 27 points as Garner followed closely with 26.

Kennesaw State’s Tianna Rivera, MTSU’s Manon Lebargy and WKU’s Maddie Davis rounded out the CUSA contingent on the All-South Third Team.

Rivera earned CUSA Second Team All-Conference recognition as she led the Owls with seven goals, the most by a Kennesaw State player since 2021. Lebargy was named CUSA Midfielder of the Year after tallying a team- and career-high 13 goals in her junior campaign. Her 13 goals ranked second among CUSA. Davis was voted CUSA Goalkeeper of the Year after posting a league-best .860 save percentage during CUSA action.
