WBB: November 24 Players of the Week

DALLAS – UTEP’s Mary Moses Amaniyo and Delaware’s Kailah Correa earned Conference USA Women’s Basketball weekly honors. The 2025-26 Players of the Week are voted on by the league’s sports information directors.
 
CUSA Player of the Week – Mary Moses Amaniyo, UTEP – So. – F – Arua, Uganda
Amaniyo posted a career-high 18 points and 18 rebounds in UTEP’s 64-60 overtime win vs. UT Martin Saturday night, shooting 6–8 from the field and 6–8 at the charity stripe. She has led UTEP to a 4-0 start on the season, while ranking fifth nationally in double-doubles (3) and leads the nation in rebounds per game (15.0).
 
CUSA Freshman of the Week – Kailah Correa, Delaware – G – Lebanon, Pa.
Correa scored a team-high 18 points as the Blue Hens went 1-0 this week with a 68-57 win over American. The Lebanon, Pa., native reached the 10-point threshold for the third time this season in her first four games. Correa currently leads Conference USA freshmen in points per game (13.3) and field goal percentage (55.3).
