LYNCHBURG, Va. – The 2025 Conference USA Indoor Track & Field Championships are set for February 28-March 1. The two-day meet will be hosted by Liberty at the Liberty Indoor Track Complex in Lynchburg, Virginia. See below links for the schedule of events, ESPN+ livestreams and live results.
In their first season of CUSA membership, the Flames swept both men’s and women’s titles last season. Liberty hosted the Big South Championships in 2018, the ASUN Championships in 2019-2023, and this year, are hosting the Conference USA Indoor Track & Field Championship for the second consecutive year.
Schedule of Events
The action begins on Friday at 10 a.m. EST with combined events, starting with the pentathlon, followed by the heptathlon at 10:20 a.m. Starting at 1 p.m., the first set of field events will begin, kicking off with women’s pole vault. Running prelims will start with the men’s mile at 3 p.m. The men’s 5000m and DMR final will start at 6:30 p.m. and 7:20 p.m., with each event being followed by the men in those same event finals.
The remaining heptathlon events will resume on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. EST. The second round of field events will begin at noon with women’s shot put, men’s triple jump and women’s high jump before men’s shot put, women’s triple jump and men’s high jump at 3 p.m. At 2 p.m., the running event finals will begin. The awards presentation is scheduled for 5:40 p.m., following the conclusion of the 4x400 relays.
