DALLAS – Liberty’s matchup with James Madison on Saturday, Sept. 20, at Williams Stadium will air nationally on ESPNU, as announced Monday by Conference USA and ESPN. Kickoff for the game will be at 2:30 p.m. CT.
The game marks the renewal of the in-state rivalry as the Flames and Dukes last met in the first round of the FCS Playoffs on Nov. 29, 2014 – a 26-21 victory for Liberty in Harrisonburg, Va. James Madison leads the all-time series 12-6.
The selection marks the sixth game on linear television this season for the Flames, who made the first of their five selected appearances on CBS Sports Network this past weekend.
Additionally, six week four CUSA home games were slotted on ESPN+, joining three games that were previously announced by the network:
