DALLAS – FIU’s Rhema Collins and Delaware’s Kailah Correa earned Conference USA Women’s Basketball weekly honors. The 2025-26 Players of the Week are voted on by the league’s sports information directors.
 
CUSA Player of the Week – Rhema Collins, FIU – Jr. – G – Nassau, Bahamas
Collins earns her second CUSA Player of the Week honor after a dominant week, leading the Panthers (10-6, 3-2 CUSA) to a 2-0 week on the road. She averaged 25.5 points and 13.0 rebounds, while shooting 46% from the field. Collins put up two 20+ point double-doubles against NM State and UTEP, bringing her season total to nine that leads CUSA. She recorded 29 points and 10 rebounds on Thursday against NM State and followed that performance up with 22 points and 16 rebounds against UTEP on Saturday. The junior guard also totaled four assists, five steals and five blocks on the week. She leads CUSA in scoring (19.92), rebounds (10.69) and blocks (1.77).
 
CUSA Freshman of the Week – Kailah Correa, Delaware – G – Lebanon, Pa.
Correa scored a career-high 21 points as the Blue Hens (7-10, 1-4 CUSA) earned its first-ever Conference USA victory, defeating Liberty, 76-69. The Lebanon, Pa., native reached the 20-point threshold for the first time in her career and scored double figures for the 11th time in her first 15 games. The rookie scored 11 points in the fourth quarter while playing all 10 minutes in the frame down the stretch. She also chipped in three rebounds, three assists and one steal in 37 minutes of action.
