Conference USA will host its third title game in 2007. The event is slated for Saturday, December 1 at a site to be determined. The team with the highest conference winning percentage will serve as host for the game.

The game will feature champions from the East and West Divisions of the league. East Carolina, Marshall, Memphis, Southern Miss, UAB and UCF compete in the East Division, while Houston, Rice, SMU, Tulane, Tulsa and UTEP contend in the West Division.
