DALLAS – Middle Tennessee’s Igor Mandou Berranger and Liberty’s Daniella O’Neill have earned the final round of Conference USA Tennis Athlete of the Month honors for the 2024 fall portion of the season.
 
CUSA Men’s Tennis Athlete of the Month – Igor Mandou Berranger, MTSU, So., Eaubonne, France
In his lone competition for the Blue Raiders in the month of November, Mandou Berranger went 2-1 in singles play and 1-2 in doubles at the Lipscomb Invite on Nov. 1-3. The second-year player from Eaubonne, France, improved his singles record for the 2024 fall season with his performance in Nashville to 5-4.
 
CUSA Women’s Tennis Athlete of the Month – Daniella O’Neill, Liberty, R-So., Dorado, Puerto Rico
O’Neill collected an overall 8-3 record with 3-0 singles mark and a 5-3 doubles record. She tallied a 3-0 singles record at the Liberty Hidden Dual, including a pair of three-set victories. She played to a 2-1 doubles record with partner Maria Turchetto. The redshirt sophomore was named Co-Singles Champion of the Tournament with East Carolina’s Ines Bachir. She totaled an overall 13-7 record this fall with a 5-2 singles mark and 8-5 doubles mark.
