CHARLOTTE, N.C. – No. 5 seed Marshall took down No. 4 FIU 2-1 in the first quarterfinals match of the 2018 Air Force Reserve Conference USA Men’s Soccer Championship.
Illal Osmanu netted the game-winner for the Herd in the 83
rd minute.

JP Rylah. FIU’s
Adam Hassan scored the equalizer for the Panthers, though it wasn’t enough to stave off the Herd. Marshall’s
Paulo Pita made seven saves in the contest.
